In about 12 months, the "Real Thing" should be ready for housing and distributing Coca-Cola products to an 8-parish area of northwest Louisiana from their $10 million Shreve Park facility.

Sales center manager for Coca-Cola Shreveport Bottling Company, Scott McCallister spoke "One-on-One" with Tom Pace from "The Talk of the Town" about their decision to relocate the current Stoner Avenue facility to the west side of the city...the timeline for construction of the new environmentally-friendly distribution center by the world's #1 soft-drink manufacturer.

The official groundbreaking for Shreveport's new 100,000 square foot Coca-Cola warehouse and distribution center was held Monday morning, September 28th, 2009 at their 15 acre site, adjacent to LA 3132, better known as the Inner-Loop.
