A perfect storm of sorts, with torrential rains, thunderstorms and possible tornadoes is forecast for the Shreveport-Bossier area beginning late Wednesday night, October 28th ... with the main force of the intense flooding set to occur early Thursday morning thru the evening hours.

Tom Pace from the "Talk of the Town" spoke with Brandy Richardson, meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Shreveport, about the timeline for the severe weather event and what residents of the Ark-La-Tex can expect.
