Fooding rains and reported tornadoes across Shreveport-Bossier on Thursday, October 29th, 2009 caused Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal to declare a State of Emergency for the northern and southwestern parishes.
Tom Pace with the "Talk of the Town" spoke "1-on-1" with Sandy Davis, Director of the Dept. of Honeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (OHSEP) about the status of flooding on Red Chute, Wallace Lake, and the Red River.
Davis also outlined the Preliminary Damage Assements (PDA's) to be performed from the air this Saturday.
